Solution In an effort to expedite your return and/or exchange, please read and follow the instructions below carefully.

1. Purchase must be returned to us within 30 days of original purchase, in its original packaging. DO NOT mark or write on the product packaging.
2. For insurance and tracking purposes, we encourage you to ship returns to us by UPS or FedEx ground. You may ship by the United States Postal Service, but you should properly insure your package and request delivery confirmation.
3. You are responsible for all of the actual shipping costs, including those incurred by us when shipping to you.
4. Returns must arrive in good conditon to our Order Fulfillment Center address listed below. Retuning the product to the original manufacturer will only be accepted if acknowledged and confirmed by the manufacturer, but they will charge a restocking fee of 20% to 35%. This will be deducted from your refund.
5. Keep in mind, when making a return, we may have waived the original shipping cost of your order but the actual shipping we paid, will be deducted from the return.

6. When a shipment is refused, we will deduct the shipping to you and back to us from your original payment.
