Solution
When an order placed through Amazon is cancelled, we notify Amazon within 1 business day to issue the refund. We have noticed that Amazon does not immediately transmit that information to the customer (i.e. - complete the refund to you). They deduct the amount from our account immediately, but it can take 3 days for it to appear in your Amazon history.
SuppliesNet.com can not control the transfer of money once it leaves our hands, but Amazon is very reliable and it should be received by you within a few days of our initiating the process.
