I am having trouble tracking my order.
Solution
If you are trying to track your order at the SuppliesNet.com site, please use your BILLING ZIP CODE and order number to retrieve the information.
Please keep in mind that some items are shipped directly fromt he manufacturer of the item. In those cases, the tracking information does not post immediately. For example, if you place an order on Monday, the manufacturer should ship on Tuesday (unless express), they will provide the tracking information to us on Wednesday and it will post to our site Wednesday night, which means the item has been in transit for 2 days before the tracking information is available.

USPS SHIPMENTS
USPS shipments can be tracked at
http://www.usps.com
If you order shipped USPS, please keep in mind the postal service only provides "delivery confirmation" and not actual tracking information. In most cases, your tracking number will only verify that it has been delivered to your address. Unfortunately, the postal service does not require their staff to scan a package before delivery. In other words, they have the package, it is in transit, but their system will not register any movement other than the final delivery.
UPS Shipments
UPS shipments can be tracked at

Though UPS is normally very reliable, with the volume of shipments we produce each day, we do see lost packages. If you order does not show a normal transit pattern (movement and scans every day), please give us a call or send an email to
support@suppliesnet.com
. It is possible we need to contact UPS to trace the shipment.
